By using the storefront, you agree to these terms and the policies linked from them. If a mandatory law in your market gives you stronger rights, that law prevails.

We aim to describe product colour, dimensions, included accessories and supported uses accurately. Screens and lighting can affect colour appearance. Availability, market price, discounts, taxes collected by POWCUBE and shipping charges are shown before payment.

We may correct an obvious description or pricing error. If an error affects an order already placed, we will contact you and offer a corrected order or cancellation and refund.

Submitting checkout is an offer to buy. An order is accepted when payment is authorized and POWCUBE issues an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order we cannot fulfil, that fails a lawful fraud check or that contains an obvious error; any captured amount will be refunded.

Use only a payment method you are authorized to use. Available methods are the methods actually shown at checkout. POWCUBE support will never ask for your full card number, password or verification code.

Provide a complete, deliverable address and review it before payment. Estimated transit starts after dispatch and is not a guaranteed arrival date. Tracking is sent when available.

Risk passes as required by the law that applies to your order. Please contact support promptly if a parcel is damaged, missing or shown as delivered but cannot be found.

Our voluntary return window is 30 calendar days from delivery. Contact support before sending anything so we can confirm the order and return route. The Milwaukee address can receive a return only after support authorizes that case and route in writing.

A 12-month limited warranty covers manufacturing defects and does not replace mandatory legal remedies. Full conditions are in the Refund policy.

Nothing in this policy limits mandatory UK consumer rights, including applicable distance-selling cancellation and refund rights.

Do not misuse the storefront, interfere with security, submit unlawful material, scrape protected customer information or use the site to deceive others.

The POWCUBE name, original site copy, graphics and product presentation are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Product ownership does not transfer rights in brand assets or website content.

Use products according to their instructions and ordinary safety precautions. To the extent permitted by law, POWCUBE is not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the order was formed or for business losses arising from a consumer purchase.

We do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory product, consumer or privacy rights.
