Clear terms before checkout.

Product availability, the price shown in the selected market, accepted coupons and the final order total come from the POWCUBE checkout. An order is accepted only after payment is authorized and an order confirmation is issued.

Available payment methods are the methods actually shown at checkout for the selected market, account, device and browser.

• Review product colour, quantity, delivery address and shipping service before payment.
• Never send card details, payment credentials or verification codes to support.
• POWCUBE may cancel and refund an order that cannot be fulfilled, is affected by an obvious pricing error or fails fraud checks.

All orders ship from mainland China. Estimated transit begins after dispatch and is not a guaranteed delivery date. Order processing time, customs checks, severe weather and delivery-service disruption may add time.

Tracking is sent when available. Contact support promptly if the delivery address is wrong or a parcel appears delayed.

The POWCUBE return window is 30 calendar days from delivery. Contact support before sending anything back so the order and correct return route can be confirmed.

The Milwaukee address can receive an authorized return after support confirms the case and shipping route in writing; do not send a parcel there without that approval.

Unused replacement filters may be returned for change of mind. Where law allows, the customer pays change-of-mind return postage. POWCUBE covers the approved return route for an incorrect, damaged, defective or materially incomplete order.

Approved refunds go to the original payment method without a restocking fee, normally within 14 days after the returned goods or acceptable return evidence is received. UK and EU cancellation, refund and conformity rights remain unaffected.

The limited warranty covers manufacturing defects for 12 months from delivery. It does not cover normal filter wear, misuse, accidental damage, unauthorized modification or consumable replacement.

A receipt, order number, description of the issue and clear photos or video may be requested for diagnosis. This voluntary warranty does not replace mandatory consumer-law remedies.

All orders ship from mainland China. For direct business-to-consumer consignments valued at £135 or less, required UK VAT must be included and collected at checkout before UK payment is enabled.

For consignments above £135, import VAT, customs duty or clearance charges may be collected from the recipient under the applicable import route.

POWCUBE uses order, contact, device and payment-status information to provide checkout, delivery, support, fraud prevention, refunds and legally required records. Full payment credentials are handled by the payment provider, not POWCUBE support.

Service providers may include ecommerce hosting, the payment method selected at checkout, email delivery, shipping carriers and fraud-prevention services. Customers may contact POWCUBE to ask about access, correction, deletion or other privacy rights available in their market.

Do not send health records, payment credentials, passwords or verification codes through email, phone or WhatsApp.
