A complete application must show a real, accessible channel; a relevant audience and market; credible content history; clear advertising disclosures; accurate contact information; acceptance of current terms; and no prohibited promotion. Activation also requires the partner account and payout profile to be operationally ready.

We acknowledge receipt within two business days. George King normally approves, rejects or requests missing information within five business days after the application is complete. Overdue cases escalate to Nicolas King on the next business day.

The standard commission is 10% of the eligible net product subtotal after discounts. Tax, shipping, customs charges, gift cards and excluded amounts do not earn commission.

Attribution uses the last eligible Affiliate click within 30 days. A valid partner-specific coupon assigned to one Affiliate takes priority over click attribution. Only one partner is credited per order and commission is never duplicated.

• Self-purchases by the Affiliate, household or family members, controlled businesses, test orders, wholesale and resale orders are excluded.
• Cancelled, refunded, charged-back, fraudulent and otherwise ineligible orders earn no commission.
• POWCUBE may exclude an order only under the published program rules and keeps an auditable reason for the adjustment.

Commission locks 45 days after the underlying order reaches Completed. A cancellation, refund or chargeback before payment causes a full or proportional reversal. A later refund, chargeback or fraud event becomes an auditable negative-balance adjustment; the historical event is not overwritten.

Locked balances of at least USD 100 are reviewed monthly and paid in USD through PayPal by the 15th of the following month. A lower balance rolls forward. Creek Lu prepares and executes the payout; Nicolas King independently approves the batch. One person may not alter the ledger and solely approve and execute the same payout.

Before the first payout, the partner must provide the applicable W-9 or W-8 series form and necessary payee identity through the controlled workflow. Missing tax or payout information pauses only the affected payout; it does not automatically reject the application or close the account.

Affiliate applications and ledger records are retained for 24 months. A documented dispute, payment, chargeback, fraud, privacy or legal hold preserves only the affected record, together with its reason and review date.

POWCUBE uses application, account, referral, commission, payout and compliance information to review applicants, operate the program, prevent abuse, settle commissions and answer privacy requests. Access is limited to the assigned role.

Nicolas King verifies Affiliate data export or deletion requests and responds within 30 days or a shorter applicable period. Records under an active documented hold are not erased until the hold is released. Contact service@powcubepro.com to start a request.

Partners must follow applicable platform rules and clearly disclose the commercial relationship. POWCUBE may suspend tracking or access while a suspected breach is reviewed.

• Spam email or SMS, unsolicited automated messaging, cookie stuffing, forced clicks or hidden redirects.
• Trademark bidding, confusing domains, impersonation or suggesting that an Affiliate channel is an official POWCUBE property.
• False, medical or unsupported claims; fake reviews; misleading before-and-after content; or alteration of real product geometry.
• Unapproved coupons, incentives, cashback, toolbars, adware, bidding tactics, creatives or claims.
• Self-purchases, order manipulation, fraud, privacy violations or conduct that breaks the destination platform's rules.

Either side may ordinarily end the partnership with seven days' notice. POWCUBE may immediately suspend or terminate for fraud, missing disclosure, false claims, privacy or trademark abuse, manipulated attribution or a serious platform-rule breach.

On termination, referral links, assigned coupons and portal access may be disabled. Eligible locked commission remains subject to reversals, documented holds and the payout threshold.
