Return & refund policy

You may request a voluntary return within 30 calendar days after delivery. The request must identify the order and product. The Milwaukee address can receive an authorized return, but parcels sent without the written case and route confirmation may not be accepted or processed.

Nothing in this policy limits mandatory federal or provincial consumer rights that apply to the order.

For change-of-mind returns, keep the product, accessories, manuals and packaging in substantially the same condition as received and handle the product only as reasonably necessary to inspect it.

Used consumables and replacement filters that cannot be safely resold are not eligible for a voluntary change-of-mind return, except where mandatory law or a defect requires a remedy. This does not restrict rights for incorrect, damaged or defective goods.

Contact support promptly with the order number, description and clear photos or video. Keep the packaging while we assess carrier or product damage.

For an approved issue, POWCUBE will provide the remedy required by applicable law, which may include repair, replacement, price reduction, approved return shipping or refund.

Where law permits, the customer pays the return cost for a voluntary change of mind. POWCUBE covers or reimburses the approved reasonable return route for an incorrect, damaged, defective or materially incomplete order.

Use a trackable service when instructed and retain the receipt until the case is closed.

Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method without a POWCUBE restocking fee. We normally issue the refund within 14 days after receiving the returned goods or acceptable evidence of return, subject to any earlier deadline required by law.

Your payment provider or bank controls how long an issued credit takes to appear. Original standard delivery charges are refunded when mandatory law requires it; upgrades beyond standard service may be excluded where permitted.

The voluntary warranty covers manufacturing defects for 12 months from delivery. It excludes normal filter wear, consumables, misuse, accidental damage, unauthorized repair or modification and failure to follow care instructions.

We may request proof of purchase, order number, issue description and clear photos or video. This warranty is additional to mandatory consumer-law remedies and does not shorten them.
