All orders ship from mainland China. The delivery estimate shown below is transit after dispatch. Order review, payment authorization and warehouse processing happen first. We send a dispatch or tracking message when shipment information is available.

Business days exclude weekends and relevant public holidays. Pre-orders or exceptional processing times will be stated on the product or checkout before payment.

The checkout total is authoritative. Currency conversion, promotions and service availability can change the displayed amount.

Weather, customs, security checks and carrier disruption can delay a parcel. If we cannot dispatch within the promised time, or within a reasonable period when no date was promised, we will notify you and provide the choices required by applicable law, which may include consent to a revised date or cancellation and refund.

If only part of an order is unavailable, we will not substitute a materially different product without permission.

Contact support immediately if the address is wrong. We cannot promise a change after dispatch. A carrier may charge for redelivery or return caused by an incomplete address where law permits.

For a damaged, missing or incorrectly delivered parcel, send the order number, market and helpful photos of the parcel or label. Do not send card details or account passwords.

The recipient may be asked by customs or the service selected for the shipment to pay import duty, import tax or clearance charges that are not collected at checkout. Review the final total and this disclosure before ordering.
